What we collect and why
We receive your name/company, email address, enquiry type and message through the contact form to assess and respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive personal data. The hosting service may process technical access logs, including IP address and access time, for service security. A hashed IP identifier and timestamp are used to limit repeated form submissions.
Legal basis and recipients
Data is collected electronically through this website. Depending on the request, processing relies on Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698 (steps related to a contract), Article 5(2)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and protecting the service, subject to your fundamental rights), and Article 5(2)(ç) where a legal obligation applies. Hosting and email service providers process the data needed to deliver the service. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required. Form data is not used for advertising.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for any legally required retention period. When these grounds end, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable rules. Security rate-limit records are automatically removed after 24 hours when the form receives a new submission. Hosting access-log retention follows the hosting provider’s applicable obligations.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether use matches that purpose, and learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You may request correction, deletion or destruction where legal conditions apply, and notification of these actions to recipients; object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

For an application under Law No. 6698, use an email address previously notified to us and registered in our systems, or send a written application to our postal address, or use our registered electronic mail address: unsallgrup@hs01.kep.tr. We may request information necessary to verify your identity. Applications are answered within the statutory period, no later than 30 days.
Cookies and local storage
This version of the website does not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. It does not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embedded services. Fonts and media are served from this website. Server-side security records are not browser cookies.
